Frill Seekers
Fancy a bit of frou frou? Ready for some ruffles? The three decades influencing fashion right now are the 60's mod + block colours, 70's flairs, hippy skirts and brights and 80's - which brings back volume, neon colours and this frilly little material girl skirt - worn best paired with a cropped tee, worker boots and chunky jewellery.
